IT Park will come up with all necessary infra like Conference Rooms, Auditorium, Cafeteria, Banquet Hall, Indoor Games, Gymnasium, Library, Primary Healthcare center, Multi brand superstore etc..
All business establishment which falls under category of IT/ITeS will be allowed to book space in IT Park.
RMC plans to develop residential facility in near by area over a period of time.
Commuting facility will be planned by Municipal corporation as well as IT Park management body will also plan additional managed services.
We are planning to two options. 1) Lease Model 2) Ownership Model.
Lease Model will attract approximately 15-30 rupees / Sq. Feet. Ownership Model will attract approximately: 3700-4500 Rs. / Sq. Feet
Note: Above rates are approximately calculated including various schemes and offer of IT policy.
You can book space with a taken rate of Rs. 5 / sq. feet
Minimum 1000 sq. feet of space need to be booked. Then after in multiple of 1000 sq. feet can be added in case of extra requirement. There is no upper cap on booking space.
Rajkot Information Technology Association will collect booking amount. Issue cheque in favor of "Rajkot Information Technology Association"
If for any reason, proposed IT Park project fails to be a reality in stipulated time frame of about 6 to 9 months from May-2022, then deposit amount will be fully refundable.
Note: No interest will be refunded
In that case, deposit is not refundable.
Yes, you can always revise your requirement. You cannot downsize your requirement. You can only increase your requirement. You need to issue additional cheque of deposit amount at Rs.5/Sq. feet
Yes, You can change your preference till the construction works kicks off. After then It cant be changeable
Note: In case of changing preference, no. of sq. feet needs to be same.
